We want every bottle of Zeenat to reach you safely and quickly. Here is how delivery, payment and returns work.
Delivery areas
We deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. Delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your city.
Prepaid orders (JazzCash, bank transfer) are dispatched once we have verified your payment screenshot.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Cash on delivery
Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. We may call to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Damaged or wrong items
If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking or you received the wrong item, send a photo of the parcel and product on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement.
Returns
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. Unopened bottles in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery; return delivery is paid by the customer and the refund is made once we receive the bottle.
